New publication in Nature Communication Biology, “Label-free nonlinear microscopy probes cellular metabolism and myelin dynamics in live tissue”

A new paper on “Label-free nonlinear microscopy probes cellular metabolism and myelin dynamics in live tissue” is published in Communications Biology, thanks to an exciting collaboration between the Laboratoire d'Optique et Biosciences (LOB) at Institut Polytechnique de Paris and the Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute

Our label-free multimodal imaging approach combines THG myelin imaging, NAD(P)H FLIM, and advanced automated analysis to simultaneously quantify myelin architecture and cellular metabolism in living brain tissue, revealing cell-specific metabolic signatures and changes during demyelination.
